Pregnancy and Childbirth is a time of transformation in the lives of moms, dads and families. As a woman evolves in her pregnancy, she becomes more introspective and concerned with the life of her growing baby. Being healthy and physically strong as well as mentally prepared and emotionally at peace helps a mother to evolve into an intuitive, calm, focused laboring woman and mommy.
Through Robin’s Prenatal Yoga and Natural Childbirth Classes, she has guided over 2,500 pregnant moms, dads and babies as they journey through pregnancy, childbirth and parenthood.
