Prenatal Yoga

Robin's Prenatal Yoga classes use breathing practices and yoga poses to stretch and strengthen the body to support a healthy pregnancy. Additionally, relaxation techniques are used to help prepare the mind and body for the amazing cycle of pregnancy, birth and motherhood. A relaxation at the end of each class helps to develop an inner focus and inner wisdom, as well as empower the mother-to-be, as she prepares for her child's birth. Students are encouraged to discover the value of mindfulness in their transformation towards parenthood.

These classes are open to women of all stages in their pregnancy. No prior yoga experience necessary. These classes serve women in Westlake Village, Thousand Oaks, Camarillo, Simi, Moorpark, Agoura, Calabasas and beyond.

Postpartum Yoga

This class is an opportunity to practice yoga where you can bring your baby and be in a nurturing environment of motherhood. We focus on yoga stretches to open and release tension from carrying and holding your baby; yoga poses to re-connect with your core muscles and sun salutations to regain strength and flexibility.

Babies six weeks old to crawling are welcome!

All classes are available as a drop in. No sign up or pre-registration required.
