Prenatal and Postpartum Yoga

Stretch and strengthen your body to support a healthy pregnancy, prepare for your birth and postpartum. Practice breathing and relaxation to guide the mind, body and spirit through the amazing cycle of pregnancy, birth and motherhood. A guided meditation at the end of each class develops inner focus and wisdom, as well as empowers Mothers-to-be for your child's birth.

Discover the value of mindfulness in your transformation towards motherhood, as you connect with a community of Mothers-to-be, new Mommas and Babies!

These classes are open to women of all stages in their pregnancy. No prior yoga experience necessary.

Postpartum Moms and Babies are welcomed in class as soon as your Doctor or Midwife clear you for exercise. We offer a nurturing environment for Motherhood!

Robin is not teaching classes while on Medical Leave

These classes serve women in Westlake Village, Thousand Oaks, Camarillo, Simi, Moorpark, Agoura, Calabasas and beyond.

Couples Prenatal Yoga Workshop

Couples Prenatal Yoga Workshops are offered every few months on a Saturday afternoon. Connect with your partner and your baby! Dads and Mommas join together in their yoga practice. Time is spent incorporating yoga poses supporting labor, birth and postpartum. Contact Robin for dates and times.
